PUBLIC ART COMMISSION: Streetscape along Larchmere Boulevard on Cleveland’s East side. Inspired by the funky, shabby chic neighborhood known for antiques, furniture restoration and used book stores. Five classic chair designs provide functional bike parking and playfully activate the street when not in use.
